Room-B Awarded 4 Star Rating for Exeter Serviced Apartments

The national tourist board, VisitEngland, have assessed and awarded Room-B a well deserved 4 star quality rating for their apartments in Exeter.

Room-B is currently the only provider within Devon to hold the official 4 star serviced apartment rating, which demonstrates what a niche industry the serviced apartment sector still is in some areas.

The concept of serviced apartments has not always been easy to convey, but with organisations, such as the tourist board recognising and subsequently setting the criteria for awarding within the category, it’s heartening that the serviced apartment industry is recognised as a separate entity to that of self-catering accommodation.

Being accredited by the UK’s official tourist body is incredibly important in helping to maintain industry standards within the serviced accommodation sector and Room-B welcomes the continued scrutiny by the tourism board.
