Total Apartment Solution

The room-b Total Apartment Solution (TAS) is a completely bespoke service suitable for any organisation or company with a regular accommodation requirement, regardless of size. 

TAS is concerned with assessing an individual company or organisation’s accommodation requirements for a pre-determined period of time and then presenting a proposal of how room-b can meet these. 

TAS is particularly useful for companies that have one or more specific objectives to achieve over a set period of time, both in relation to their travel policy and in real terms.  For example, if your company would like to cut their budget on accommodation while adhering to certain aspects of CSR, room-b will present a solution using serviced apartments that meets, or comes as close as possible, to this criteria.  

TAS is highly suited to project work, such as that undertaken by outsourcing and consultancy companies where a specific time period, an approximate number of employees and a budget are all relatively certain.  Room-b gives a free quote for comparison over other serviced apartment providers and more traditional accommodations, such as hotels, that will allow any travel professional to make an informed decision. 

As with the Travel Buyer and Manager service, room-b is happy to work as a specialist alongside existing travel management companies, even if this is for a one-off project such as that described above.
