Cancellations or Amendments
If you need to cancel or amend your stay, please e-mail us immediately. Please note, cancellations and amendments will only be effective from the start of the next working day (Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm GMT) if sent after 3pm or on weekends.
